COURSE OVERVIEW

In this live, online course, you will be introduced to practical ways of exploring the landscape of the heart and mind with awareness. You will also begin to discover that true and lasting happiness does not depend on the outer circumstances of your life. Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche will be your guide for the course and will offer you a taste of meditation, allowing you to begin your own meditation journey.

Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is an accomplished and dearly beloved meditation master who has the extraordinary ability to present the ancient wisdom of Tibet in a modern and attractive way. Rinpoche’s profound teachings and his joyful sense of humour have made him popular with students around the world. His first book, The Joy of Living, has been translated into twenty languages. He created the Tergar community to make meditation accessible to everyone.

The roots of this meditation are based in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, but adapted to the modern world and western mindset. This meditation method has been tried by many generations of practitioners. The meditation taught here is secular and can be used as a basis for deepening your meditation practice, including from other traditions.
